Well things have certainly kicked off at NCPO 2017 and in spectacular fashion! The event, because it would not do it justice in calling it anything else, started with a delectable array of finger foods perfectly matched with a wide variety of beer, wine and spirits to assist with the atmosphere and relaxation for all!
We were then entertained by some traditional music and dancers showing off their skills of story telling through movement and music – a tribute to the culture and customs of this beautiful island.
It was at this point things went where i certainly wasn’t expecting, from french maids to tassels and scantily dressed guys and girls we were thrown into an amazing Burlesque show. I have never seen anything like it, it was fun, tasteful but still with an edge of sexy. My limited vocabulary of descriptive words could never do it justice so here are a few pics! – you will get the picture …
